“I can’t say anything negative about it yet”
Work through Remote Talents
Apply for a remote role and join our talent pool. If your profile is a strong fit for an open or new role, a recruiter may contact you.
Applying does not guarantee contact or work. You may hear something within a week, after months, or receive no personal message at all.

Their experience, in their own words
Read their experiences. That gives you an honest picture of what working together is like.

“I can’t say anything negative about it yet”

“That all went very smoothly, very efficiently, fairly quickly.”

“I’ve been matched with a lovely company and I really enjoy doing my work there.”
How applying works
Your profile may fit a vacancy that is open now or a role that comes in later. We look at your experience, availability and preferences.
Apply for a role that suits you and join our talent pool. Tell us what you can do, what experience you have and when you are available.
For an open or new role, we compare suitable profiles in the talent pool. If you are among the strongest matches and the role is still available, a recruiter may approach you for the next step.
If you and the company want to work together, you receive training in remote working and guidance from a talent coach. In the first six weeks there are weekly guidance calls.
When will you hear something? That depends on the roles that come in and how your profile compares with other candidates. You may be approached within a week, but it can also take months. Not everyone is selected or receives a personal message.
Where does your talent lie?
From customer contact to creative or technical work. Experience, language and availability determine which role fits.

Is your question not listed?
Ask your question via WhatsApp.
Yes. We work with talent in the Caribbean and the Philippines, among other places, and with emigrated Dutch and German speakers. Which role fits depends on your language, experience, location and availability.
You don’t always need to have worked remotely before. The professional experience required is listed with the vacancy. If you are placed, you receive training in remote working, an explanation of the tools and guidance from a talent coach.
These depend on the role and the agreements with the company. You discuss your pay, hours, working times and the form of the working arrangement before you start. So remote work doesn’t mean you always choose your own working hours.
No. After you apply, your profile is in our talent pool. A recruiter approaches candidates who are among the strongest matches for an open or new role. In doing so, we compare experience, skills and availability with what the company is looking for and with other candidates in the pool. Applying does not guarantee a personal message, interview or job.
That differs per candidate and per role. Sometimes a recruiter gets in touch within a week, sometimes only after months. If no suitable role comes in or other profiles are selected, you may not receive a personal message. So there is no fixed response time.
The company directs your day-to-day work. Your talent coach helps you at the start and you receive guidance from Remote Talents. In the first six weeks there are weekly guidance calls; after that, support remains available.
