Seven years ago I started out in online entrepreneurship — always fully remote, without an office. My first company grew within three years into a remote team of more than 40 employees. That growth was fast, but certainly not flawless. I made all the classic scaling mistakes and learned the hard way how to find, screen, manage and sustainably get performance out of remote talent.

That experience became the foundation for Remote Talents.

I saw how many entrepreneurs get stuck due to high staffing costs, a tight labor market and a lack of reliable employees. That’s why we built a model that actually works: affordable, fast, flexible and entirely based on proven remote processes.

Together with my business partner Niels, who is responsible for sales and marketing, we grew Remote Talents into a mature organization with a team of recruiters, sales and marketing specialists, operations managers and account management. In the first three years, we made more than 500 successful placements for clients all over the world.
